He will also discuss your motivations and expectations for your surgery to ensure that they are realistic. Once your procedure is decided upon, many simple procedures can be performed in Dr Klainer's offices while more invasive procedures are normally carried out in a hospital setting – usually Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Once any procedure is decided upon, we consider that your safety is of the utmost importance to ensure your interests are protected at all times.
